Spectators: 7032 (Terracing: 5382, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rui Paiva kicked off to start the match. Jaime Pasqual showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Cresitobalo in the 4th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lazaro Infante sped through Monteagudo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaime Pasqual. The supporters of Rufianes booed when Monteagudo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Donzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Monteagudo FC's Jose Donzel got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Iker Guillelmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaime Pasqual showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Cresitobalo in the 22nd minute of the match. Jaime Pasqual made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Paiva in the 25th minute of play. Lazaro Infante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Pasqual came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Rufianes's Lazaro Infante. But to his dismay, Lazaro Infante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 33rd minute, Monteagudo FC's Jose Donzel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benedicto Txilar. Benedicto Txilar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Cresitobalo in the 38th minute of play forced Monteagudo FC's goalkeeper Jaime Pasqual to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Rufianes's goalkeeper Benedicto Txilar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iker Guillelmo. Jaime Pasqual came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Rufianes's Javier Cresitobalo. But to his dismay, Javier Cresitobalo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iker Guillelmo was the one to do the kick off. Benedicto Txilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Ondino in the 52nd minute of play. When Claudio Gonsalve fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rufianes's protests and gave Claudio Gonsalve a yellow card for diving instead. Claudio Gonsalve hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Javier Cresitobalo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Jaime Pasqual when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Benedicto Txilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Ondino, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After 69 minutes of play, Rufianes's Vicente Loren made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaime Pasqual was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jose Donzel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Txilar having to interfere. Rui Paiva charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rui Paiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Monteagudo FC booed when Rufianes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th match minute, Rufianes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Kaxen to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Iker Guillelmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monteagudo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Iker Guillelmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Txilar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Rufianes getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Cirilo Haritzeder hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Jose Donzel notched a goal, 3-5, to the right of Rufianes's Benedicto Txilar. Benedicto Txilar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Iker Guillelmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rufianes's Benedicto Txilar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Guillelmo in the 89th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rufianes's Cirilo Haritzeder got a free kick in the 90th minute. After having played for 91 minutes, Iker Guillelmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monteagudo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iker Guillelmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rufianes had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
