An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Franzik in the 69th minute of play forced Krabbé's goalkeeper Angelino Vistruario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 75 played minutes Krabbé got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Iratxo. Osvaldo Vachon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
