The supporters of PEIRA FOOTBALL CLUB booed when Pocitos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Librado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the PEIRA FOOTBALL CLUB defense, Moises Librado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leo Cordeal. The PEIRA FOOTBALL CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leo Cordeal should have stopped the shot. Niceto Elorri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Moises Librado came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Pocitos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Librado couldn't finish the play. Atilano Nazario kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Leo Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Cordeara in the 43rd minute of play. Santo Prejun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Aztore having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudio Cordeara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in PEIRA FOOTBALL CLUB's zone, Moises Librado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Cordeal came out of the goal and Moises Librado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leo Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Cordeara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leo Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Cordeara in the 60th minute of the match. PEIRA FOOTBALL CLUB's Leo Cordeal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save PEIRA FOOTBALL CLUB from getting a goal against them. Claudio Cordeara did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Leo Cordeal 71 minutes into the match. Denis Aztore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Ieltxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The audience was convinced that Claudio Cordeara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Cordeal was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. If Moises Librado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moises Librados short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Leo Cordeal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
