Isaias Salvator, 3 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Justino Pello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Edelmiro Escobar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaias Salvator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Escobar having to interfere. DHARMA's Paulino Shepherd got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulino Shepherd kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Edelmiro Escobar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvio Izotz went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 32nd match minute, DHARMA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Shepherd to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Justino Pello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrizalito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Justino Pello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edelmiro Escobar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of DHARMA booed when Carrizalito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Izotz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Uriel Liher made a kick off. If Jeronimo Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabricio Gonzo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Baltasar Abaurre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edelmiro Escobar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Baltasar Abaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Edelmiro Escobar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd match minute, DHARMA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Shepherd to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, DHARMA's Edelmiro Escobar got control of the ball when Silvio Izotz tried to sneak it across the goal line. DHARMA's Edelmiro Escobar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Pello in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute Carrizalito AFC were awarded a corner. Isaias Salvator went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of DHARMA's goalie and right to Higinio Matia. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. DHARMA's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 74th minute, Carrizalito AFC's Higinio Matia seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Higinio Matia the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Carrizalito AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Higinio Matia had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 94 minutes into the match, Carrizalito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Jerico came free, but Saturnino Palban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th match minute, Carrizalito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Raymond to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Carrizalito AFC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
