Zhou Yan Bing struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Dirk Gasteren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Correntoso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhou Yan Bing in the 11th minute of play forced Cachetazo Futbol Barrial's goalkeeper Dirk Gasteren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Correntoso's Zhou Yan Bing dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Cachetazo Futbol Barrial's goal looked a bit too open when Zhou Yan Bing came free, but Dirk Gasteren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaldo Elorri kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cachetazo Futbol Barrial's Rodrigo Palacio got a free kick in the 26th minute. Dirk Gasteren didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Correntoso's Zhou Yan Bing shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, Correntoso's Everardo Vermudo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 35th match minute, Correntoso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Matorin to maneuver through the defense. Correntoso's Dráuzio Matorin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arnaldo Elorri in the 38 minute of the game.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olimpiu Stoicescu was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes, Arnaldo Elorri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cachetazo Futbol Barrial and the Correntoso players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Correntoso booed when Cachetazo Futbol Barrial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Elorri didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Cachetazo Futbol Barrial getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Arnaldo Elorri hit a great ball. Dirk Gasteren came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Correntoso's Zhou Yan Bing. But to his dismay, Zhou Yan Bing quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Zhou Yan Bing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dirk Gasteren having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Zhou Yan Bing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zhou Yan Bing's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dirk Gasteren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. If Olimpiu Stoicescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 played minutes Cachetazo Futbol Barrial got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Tano. Dirk Gasteren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zhou Yan Bing's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Dirk Gasteren came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Correntoso's Zhou Yan Bing. But to his dismay, Zhou Yan Bing quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Correntoso fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cachetazo Futbol Barrial had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
