Spectators: 7116 (Terracing: 5339, Seating: 1636, VIP seats: 141) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olimpiu Stoicescu started the match with the kick off. When Anibal Honrio fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Socoscora AFC's protests and gave Anibal Honrio a yellow card for diving instead. Anibal Honrio kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Rodrigo Palacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iwo Banach kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Amado Selmo had several of the Cachetazo Futbol Barrial's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Dirk Gasteren as he didn't even see the shot coming. Inocencio Belmiro came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Cachetazo Futbol Barrial's Rodrigo Palacio. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Palacio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Rodrigo Palacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Palacio struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Inocencio Belmiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachetazo Futbol Barrial. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Leonides Tano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cachetazo Futbol Barrial's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonides Tano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inocencio Belmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute, Anibal Honrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benigno Madeo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Atilano Poncio to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Socoscora AFC's goalkeeper Inocencio Belmiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olimpiu Stoicescu. After a rather tough play, Socoscora AFC's Amado Selmo got a free kick in the 59th minute. Amado Selmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inocencio Belmiro made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Olimpiu Stoicescu sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Socoscora AFC's zone, Rodrigo Palacio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Belmiro came out of the goal and Rodrigo Palacio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the match, Cachetazo Futbol Barrial's Olimpiu Stoicescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inocencio Belmiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dirk Gasteren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amado Selmo's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. A collision led to Cachetazo Futbol Barrial getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Iwo Banach hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Amado Selmo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Socoscora AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Inocencio Belmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Palacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olimpiu Stoicescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inocencio Belmiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olimpiu Stoicescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Inocencio Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Palacio in the 90th minute of the match. Socoscora AFC's Inocencio Belmiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Socoscora AFC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 96 minutes, Gaspar Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cachetazo Futbol Barrial's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Alvarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Many of Cachetazo Futbol Barrial's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Cachetazo Futbol Barrial may have spent more time on the ball, but Socoscora AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
