Spectators: 7077 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joaquin Osmundo took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Everardo Blai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Hafliger's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Podridos the free kick. Arturo Guillelmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Satordi, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 14 played minutes Deportivo Hafliger got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Lesardo. The audience was convinced that Joaquin Osmundo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arturo Guillelmo was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After 17 played minutes Los Podridos got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Froila. Arturo Guillelmo came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Podridos's Angel Satordi. But to his dismay, Angel Satordi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 26th minute, Deportivo Hafliger's Mosen Carreira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Deportivo Hafliger's Arturo Guillelmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Osmundo in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute Joaquin Osmundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Guillelmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 45 minutes on the clock, Javier Urtsin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Los Podridos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! Godofredo Virila shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteve Rami to make the kick off. Atilano Duardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Rami, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute Mosen Carreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Duardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 minutes of play Deportivo Hafliger's Everardo Blai was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Deportivo Hafliger getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Everardo Blai hit a great ball. In the 64th minute of the match, Angel Satordi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arturo Guillelmo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Angel Satordi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Angel Satordi came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Los Podridos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Satordi couldn't finish the play. Victoriano Nayely kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Angel Satordi struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Arturo Guillelmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Podridos. Angel Satordi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Calvet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Arturo Guillelmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Hernan Natanael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deportivo Hafliger's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
