Angel Satordi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquin Osmundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Benet having to interfere. Los Podridos's Atilano Duardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Enaut in the 12th minute of play. When King Pirlo fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Podridos's protests and gave King Pirlo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, Los Podridos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by King Pirlo to maneuver through the defense. el guachin corredor's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joaquin Osmundo 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Joaquin Osmundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Joaquin Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Pedro Lauro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Benet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquin Osmundo in the 29th minute. After 31st play minutes Joaquin Osmundo shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Samuel Benet and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Joaquin Osmundo put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Samuel Benet. Samuel Benet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquin Osmundo's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in el guachin corredor's zone, King Pirlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Benet came out of the goal and King Pirlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 47 minutes, King Pirlo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Podridos's supporters crossed their fingers, but King Pirlo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquin Osmundo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Los Podridos's Angel Satordi in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 61st minute of the match Honorio Calvet shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Samuel Benet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquin Osmundo in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Benet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Freddy Enaut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Atilano Duardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Joaquin Osmundo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Podridos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Samuel Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Osmundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 played minutes Los Podridos got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Osmundo. When Los Podridos's Joaquin Osmundo in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Los Podridos fully deserved thier win.
