In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marcos paz FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Blai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Inocencio Blai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Rivas, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Marcos paz FC's Victorino Azpilcueta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fulgencio Santiago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enrique Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Inocencio Blai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Enrique Rivas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inocencio Blai. Enrique Rivas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Inocencio Blai. Marcos paz FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Chovet FC's Enrique Rivas got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Inocencio Blai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Rivas in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Enrique Rivas made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Enrique Rivas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chovet FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 57 minutes into the match, Chovet FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Azpilcueta came free, but Fulgencio Santiago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christoffer Ahlberg's late challenge caught a Marcos paz FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christoffer Ahlberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Chovet FC got a freekick which was hit by Christoffer Ahlberg. Inocencio Blai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Rivas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ovidio Manex had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chovet FC's Fulgencio Santiago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Azpilcueta in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Chovet FC's Christoffer Ahlberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inocencio Blai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After 75 minutes, Enrique Rivas made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Marcos paz FC's Inocencio Blai tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Inocencio Blai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Rivas, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Inocencio Blai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Rivas in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Blai saved Marcos paz FC from getting behind. In the 95th minute Victorino Azpilcueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chovet FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
