Plamen Radev started the match with the kick off. Cipriano Luzaide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Gimenez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to La Cortada F.C. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Sebastian Lamberto hit a great ball. After 19 minutes, Plamen Radev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Pelota No Dobla A.C. and the La Cortada F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Plamen Radev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When 周榕义 fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Cortada F.C.'s protests and gave 周榕义 a yellow card for diving instead. La Pelota No Dobla A.C.'s Timoteo Quinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 周榕义 in the 24th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as La Cortada F.C.'s Americo Iyan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Timoteo Quinton. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. The supporters of La Cortada F.C. booed when La Pelota No Dobla A.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Jakes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Niceto Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th match minute, La Cortada F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Lamberto to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, Sílvio Luís Peres notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of La Cortada F.C.'s Cipriano Luzaide. Cipriano Luzaide was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half La Pelota No Dobla A.C. were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 周榕义 made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Emiliano Vela recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cipriano Luzaide. Emiliano Vela showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Sebastian Lamberto lost his temper 65 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Cortada F.C.! Vinicio Nikola walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 68th minute, Adan Ilazki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in La Pelota No Dobla A.C.'s zone, Americo Iyan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timoteo Quinton came out of the goal and Americo Iyan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timoteo Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 周榕义 in the 70th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 周榕义 in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timoteo Quinton saved La Pelota No Dobla A.C. from getting behind. Cipriano Luzaide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Plamen Radev, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, La Cortada F.C.'s Americo Iyan got a free kick in the 80th minute. The long shot by Vinicio Nikola in the 81st minute really tested Cipriano Luzaide's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Cipriano Luzaide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Calvet in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th match minute, La Pelota No Dobla A.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Gimenez to maneuver through the defense. After 94 minutes of play, La Pelota No Dobla A.C.'s Sílvio Luís Peres made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cipriano Luzaide was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sílvio Luís Peres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Cipriano Luzaide made a huge save.
