Hans-Kristian Furseth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Ihazintu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Marcial Ourente had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eduardo Urre. Ticosis FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcial Ourente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ticosis FC's Eduardo Urre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Ticosis FC from getting a goal against them. Eduardo Urre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Sanduru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans-Kristian Furseth in the 15th minute of play forced Marini AFC's goalkeeper Roman Ihazintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hans-Kristian Furseth came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Ticosis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans-Kristian Furseth couldn't finish the play. If Fausto Peter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Hans-Kristian Furseth had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Ihazintu. Marini AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hans-Kristian Furseth was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Marini AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Kristian Furseth came free, but Roman Ihazintu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hans-Kristian Furseth might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roman Ihazintu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hans-Kristian Furseth ran back to his position shaking his head. Roman Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans-Kristian Furseth in the 31st minute of play. Eduardo Urre made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Laureano Fero sent off a good shot on target. In the 34thth minute of the game Hans-Kristian Furseth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marini AFC's Roman Ihazintu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Marini AFC's Laureano Fero got a free kick in the 34th minute. Aaron Llorienzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hans-Kristian Furseth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marini AFC's Roman Ihazintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Peter in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute Moises Sanduru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Urre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Urre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Fero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Saturnin kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Eduardo Urre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Sanduru in the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of Ticosis FC booed when Marini AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Sanduru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Sanduru took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduardo Urre. Eduardo Urre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. With his leg Roman Ihazintu managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Ticosis FC's Hans-Kristian Furseth fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 69 minutes into the match, Hans-Kristian Furseth had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Ihazintu. Marini AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hans-Kristian Furseth was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 72nd minute, Hans-Kristian Furseth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Hans-Kristian Furseth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Ihazintu was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. A hard shot 76 in the game by Hans-Kristian Furseth from a close distance when the talented Roman Ihazintu managed to make a qualified save. Marini AFC's players were relieved. Eduardo Urre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Ourente in the 79th minute of the match. With a little luck, Marini AFC's Roman Ihazintu got control of the ball when Hans-Kristian Furseth tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marco Macerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fausto Peter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Peter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Roman Ihazintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ticosis FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Marini AFC to leave the ground with a draw.
