Gaudencio Panfilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If 麦邦亦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gaudencio Panfilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermegildo Gotzon, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, 麦邦亦 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ermegildo Gotzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atlético Fénix's Lucio Atarratze proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Fénix from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute, 麦邦亦 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaudencio Panfilo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Lucio Atarratze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alonzo Xabel in the 27th minute. The attack was good, but when 麦邦亦 in the 28th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Ermegildo Gotzon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaudencio Panfilo having to make a save. Ermegildo Gotzon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 32 minutes of play, Club Atlético Fénix's 麦邦亦 made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaudencio Panfilo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute, 麦邦亦 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaudencio Panfilo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by 麦邦亦 in the 41st minute of play forced Noetinger's goalkeeper Gaudencio Panfilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Ermegildo Gotzon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Fénix fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ermegildo Gotzon to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Noetinger's Wilfredo Azevedo made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucio Atarratze was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when 麦邦亦 got free with Gaudencio Panfilo in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucio Atarratze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Xabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Ermegildo Gotzon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gaudencio Panfilo. The goal made the score 1-5. Ermegildo Gotzon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gaudencio Panfilo came out and tried to block the shot, but Ermegildo Gotzon slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 96th minute. When the match was over Club Atlético Fénix could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Noetinger throughout the match.
