The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Testiculos de Jehova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artemio Firme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evaristo Iraunkor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Walery Michnik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Testiculos de Jehova booed when Trancas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Jakue didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Artemio Firme came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Testiculos de Jehova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artemio Firme couldn't finish the play. After the first half Testiculos de Jehova were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Evaristo Iraunkor made the kick off in the second half. Testiculos de Jehova's Walery Michnik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Peli in the 72nd minute of play. After 79 played minutes, Trancas's Donato Bitxintxo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Walery Michnik came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trancas reached it. 81 minutes into the game, Artemio Firme recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Samuel Pero. Artemio Firme showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 89th minute, Santos Jakue hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walery Michnik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Iraunkor, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Testiculos de Jehova had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
