The ball had pretty good speed, but Fidel Efren firmly grabbed it by the left post. 18 minutes into the match, Palominos's goalkeeper Fidel Efren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaitan Marcos. In the 20th minute Darknesman FC were awarded a corner. Emilio Oliverios went to the cornerflag to take it. Fidel Efren was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Delmar Hechter capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Delmar Hechter really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Fidel Efren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Hechter in the 25th minute of the match. Delmar Hechter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Fidel Efren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fidel Efren made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Gaitan Marcos sent off a good shot on target. Thorfinn Westerbjerg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Benat came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Palominos's Feliciano Estebe. But to his dismay, Feliciano Estebe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 47 minutes into the game, Feliciano Estebe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Romeo Benat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Feliciano Estebe kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute of the match Emilio Oliverios sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fidel Efren skillfully saved the ball. In the 60th minute, Cayetano Belarmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Palominos's Jose Maraman got a free kick in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Oliverios in the 62nd minute of play forced Palominos's goalkeeper Fidel Efren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaitan Marcos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Feliciano Estebe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romeo Benat. That made the score 2-3 in the 71 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Palominos's zone, Gaitan Marcos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Efren came out of the goal and Gaitan Marcos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Delmar Hechter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fidel Efren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Fidel Efren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Hechter in the 82nd minute of the match. Fidel Efren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Hechter in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Gaitan Marcos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fidel Efren was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Cayetano Belarmo's late challenge caught a Darknesman FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cayetano Belarmo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Palominos getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Cayetano Belarmo hit a great ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
