The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Dolores got a freekick which was hit by Martyn Devine. If Nunez Maties had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emílio Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Demesio in the 18th minute of play. Ariel Jaume could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Emílio Alves made a huge save. Fulgencio Boniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nunez Maties received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Lisandro Sergi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Marcones came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Emílio Alves could save by the left post. Domingos Llorenc kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Santo Frans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Berdier FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 43rd minute, Octavio Dabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 played minutes Dolores got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Llorenc. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Demesio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Marcones in the 54th minute of play forced Dolores's goalkeeper Emílio Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Fabio Marcones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emílio Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Dolores's Domingos Llorenc got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 83rd match minute, Berdier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Eriz to maneuver through the defense. Martyn Devine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Sergi having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Berdier FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! Nunez Asteri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Alves having to interfere. The supporters of Berdier FC booed when Dolores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Llorenc didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Berdier FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
