When Nico manìa F.C.'s Güntekin Refik, in the 12th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Nico manìa F.C.. Aurelio Savier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Güntekin Refik's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. If Gogo Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Savier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güntekin Refik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Nico manìa F.C.'s Arnoldo Gomesano got a free kick in the 29th minute. Roman Ovando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Distiratsu in the 36th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Boreham Wood F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Güntekin Refik came free, but Aurelio Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roman Ovando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Distiratsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Boreham Wood F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alejandro Jurgi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Güntekin Refik struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Aurelio Savier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nico manìa F.C.. After a rather tough play, Boreham Wood F.C.'s Kent Anly got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 58th minute Güntekin Refik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Savier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Benat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Aurelio Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 63 minutes of play, Nico manìa F.C.'s Güntekin Refik made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelio Savier was left in no man's land by his defense there! 72 minutes into the match, Nico manìa F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Distiratsu came free, but Roman Ovando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match, Nestor Distiratsu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roman Ovando saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 79 minutes into the game, Elvio Garaile recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roman Ovando. Elvio Garaile showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 83 minutes into the game, Nestor Distiratsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Roman Ovando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abelardo Atarratze's late challenge caught a Nico manìa F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abelardo Atarratze helped the player get up and apologised. Nico manìa F.C.'s Roman Ovando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Distiratsu in the 96th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
