Ciriaco Egun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chuchucaruana. Andres Oier took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciriaco Egun. Ciriaco Egun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Andres Oier sped through Almagro's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ciriaco Egun. After a defensive mix-up in Almagro's zone, Patricio Lucero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Egun came out of the goal and Patricio Lucero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Ciriaco Egun successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Andres Oier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Egun having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Precioso was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Chuchucaruana booed when Almagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Precioso didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Lucero in the 58th minute of play forced Almagro's goalkeeper Ciriaco Egun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chuchucaruana's Patricio Lucero got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Andres Oier made a precise shot to the right of Ciriaco Egun. Almagro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Patricio Lucero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ciriaco Egun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Almagro's Ciriaco Egun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Lucero in the 91st minute of play.
