Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Emilio Cai made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in REY DE COPAS FC's zone, Maximino Luzaide stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Martino came out of the goal and Maximino Luzaide tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Humberto Christobal kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After having played for 10 minutes, Osvaldo Silvino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maquito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Silvino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14thth minute of the game Osvaldo Silvino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but REY DE COPAS FC's Jeremias Martino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 15 minutes, Guaberto Ur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the REY DE COPAS FC and the Maquito players grew even worse after the yellow card. Guaberto Ur hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. REY DE COPAS FC's Jeremias Martino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Silvino in the 17th minute of play. Jeremias Martino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Luzaide, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Tiburcio Avellaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ciro Heli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. REY DE COPAS FC's Tiburcio Avellaneda got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiburcio Avellaneda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Maximino Luzaide came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Maquito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximino Luzaide couldn't finish the play. Maximino Luzaide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Heli came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by REY DE COPAS FC's Tiburcio Avellaneda. But to his dismay, Tiburcio Avellaneda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 47th match minute, REY DE COPAS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Nabar to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Maquito's Jeremias Martino threw himself towards the right post 49 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Osvaldo Silvino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Maquito players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. REY DE COPAS FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Osvaldo Silvino made the kick off in the second half. Osvaldo Silvino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osvaldo Silvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Martino having to interfere. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind REY DE COPAS FC's goalkeeper Jeremias Martino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeremias Martino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Luzaide, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Maquito's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Emilio Cai scored to the left of an out of position Ciro Heli, making the score, 0-2. When Osvaldo Silvino, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 87 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jeremias Martino was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Humberto Christobal fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored REY DE COPAS FC's protests and gave Humberto Christobal a yellow card for diving instead. Humberto Christobal kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Delmiro Nabar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. REY DE COPAS FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
