After a rather tough play, Bell Beach's Eusebio Montae got a free kick in the 14th minute. A collision led to Bell Beach getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Eusebio Montae hit a great ball. Camilo Gonza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Justino Igon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patricio Beila showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. If Eusebio Montae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustin Cordario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Matei having to interfere. Eusebio Montae blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldomero Matei having to make a save. Club Atletico Argentino's Baldomero Matei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Cordario in the 42nd minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Bell Beach's Agustin Cordario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomero Matei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patricio Beila made a kick off. If Eusebio Montae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Camilo Gonza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd match minute, Club Atletico Argentino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Gaskon to maneuver through the defense. Baldomero Matei was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Camilo Bras capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Camilo Bras really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2.
