The audience was convinced that Leonel Marcones's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Hartz was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Leonel Marcones was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 18th minute. Nisierti's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Delmiro Ugaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Guillen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Pancho charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar Pancho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Oscar Pancho hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 34th match minute, Nisierti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Theodore to maneuver through the defense. Nisierti's Ovidio Torres shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 37th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jonathan Hartz but with some difficulty. 44 minutes into the game, Nisierti's Ernesto Jerardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Hartz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Jonathan Hartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Leizarraga in the 55th minute of the match. After 55 played minutes Guerrero got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Sal. After 62 played minutes Nisierti got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Leizarraga. Leon Gizon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Nisierti. Ruben Franco stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Hartz. 3-0. Delmiro Ugaitz was a little too slow when Leon Gizon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 3-1. Blas Guillen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Delmiro Ugaitz made a huge save. Nisierti's Delmiro Ugaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Nisierti from getting a goal against them. Guerrero's Jonathan Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Jerardo in the 87th minute of play. If Leonel Marcones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernesto Jerardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jonathan Hartz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 98 minutes, Delmiro Ugaitz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee ended the match the Nisierti players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
