The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Cordarrol during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Caldenadas getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Joel Cordarrol hit a great ball. Jacobo Ursino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafino Sanson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Ihintza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavio Dolfos hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 19th match minute, Caldenadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Niguel to maneuver through the defense. Serafino Sanson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Ugutz, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Ugutz in the 27th minute of play forced Peperina's goalkeeper Serafino Sanson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albino Ihintza took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafino Sanson. Serafino Sanson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albino Ihintza in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafino Sanson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonel Ugutz took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafino Sanson. Serafino Sanson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Feliciano Piorno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacobo Ursino went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. If Rogelio Cresitobalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Feliciano Piorno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Ursino, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Aureliano Rodriguez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Patricio Bakar fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caldenadas's protests and gave Patricio Bakar a yellow card for diving instead. Patricio Bakar hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Serafino Sanson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albino Ihintza's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 74th minute, Caldenadas's Albino Ihintza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peperina's goalkeeper Serafino Sanson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Feliciano Piorno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonel Ugutz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Serafino Sanson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Albino Ihintza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafino Sanson having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Caldenadas eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
