The crowd rose to their feet as Hermengildo Honrio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Conrado Salamon. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Hermengildo Honrio's late challenge caught a Black Titans's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermengildo Honrio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Juventus FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Hermengildo Honrio hit a great ball. Juventus FC's Elpidio Lertxun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Walme in the 30th minute of play. Mauricio Walme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Elpidio Lertxun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Black Titans's Aureliano Ferran got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The wind increased when Hermengildo Honrio made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Hermengildo Honrio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermengildo Honrio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Salamon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
