The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Enzo Enaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. Artemio Tino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomiro Esdras having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, corderito patagonico's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Enaut came free, but Baldomiro Esdras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artemio Tino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Baldomiro Esdras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, corderito patagonico's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Enaut came free, but Baldomiro Esdras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Tandil's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Urko came free, but Maximino Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantino Eder during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Tandil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Eder to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillermo Milian in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximino Benet saved Tandil from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Urko in the 26th minute of play forced Tandil's goalkeeper Maximino Benet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Tandil's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Milian came free, but Maximino Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Artemio Tino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tandil's supporters rose to their feet, but Artemio Tino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomiro Esdras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the game, Julian Abeita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tandil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave corderito patagonico the free kick. After a rather tough play, Tandil's Julian Abeita got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, corderito patagonico's Braulio Chago broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in corderito patagonico's zone, Artemio Tino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomiro Esdras came out of the goal and Artemio Tino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aaron Urko made a kick off. Aaron Urko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Maximino Benet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enzo Enaut's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomiro Esdras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Tandil's Maximino Benet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Tandil from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Tandil's Erasmo Rivas got a free kick in the 67th minute. Maximino Benet made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Guillermo Milian sent off a good shot on target. Aaron Urko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Urko in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Benet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 88 minutes, Aaron Urko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. corderito patagonico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Urko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Tandil's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Urko came free, but Maximino Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Aaron Urko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maximino Benet. Aaron Urko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. The corderito patagonico players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
