Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hermengildo George kicked off to start the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when River Parana's Hermengildo George in the 9th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Rene Fero was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Pocitos FC through an amazing save. Rene Fero made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Alfredo Marino sent off a good shot on target. Pocitos FC:s Rene Fero showed great skill when he stopped Manuel Guillem:s penalty. Manuel Guillem scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Fero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute, Danilo Llin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Pocitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo George came free, but Rene Fero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Fix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo George in the 32nd minute of play forced Pocitos FC's goalkeeper Rene Fero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Llin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elvio Fernandes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Jacobo Ganix charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacobo Ganix the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jacobo Ganix hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Pocitos FC's Francisco Belarmo tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Elvio Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Llin in the 43rd minute of play. Rene Fero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo George, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvio Ramirez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Emanuel Fix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. River Parana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pocitos FC the free kick. A collision led to River Parana getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Emanuel Fix hit a great ball. Rene Fero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo George, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 64 minutes, Danilo Llin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pocitos FC and the River Parana players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Pocitos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Llin to maneuver through the defense. If Alfredo Marino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in River Parana's zone, Silvio Ramirez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elvio Fernandes came out of the goal and Silvio Ramirez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hermengildo George received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Rene Fero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pocitos FC's Rene Fero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Marino in the 75th minute of play. Alfredo Marino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Fero having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Pocitos FC's Silvio Ramirez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elvio Fernandes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Hermengildo George ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Fero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of Pocitos FC booed when River Parana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Amor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Alfredo Marino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River Parana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.
