After a rather tough play, Unquillo AFC's Maximo Pero got a free kick in the 17th minute. After some careless play in the Unquillo AFC defense, Fabricio Santio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquiles Tabor. The Unquillo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquiles Tabor should have stopped the shot. Filiberto Noe charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filiberto Noe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 37 played minutes Unquillo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Lamberto. After having played for 41 minutes, Fabricio Santio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tambería's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabricio Santio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Robustiano Etor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ramiro Arixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Guerau in the 56th minute of play. When Eliseo Guerau came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Unquillo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Guerau couldn't finish the play. Siro Caradaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Siro Caradaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquiles Tabor. Unquillo AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Siro Caradaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Fabricio Santio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 77th minute Elvio Valiente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Tabor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquiles Tabor came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabricio Santio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 84th minute. Fabricio Santio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Tabor having to interfere. When Fabricio Santio came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Tambería fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabricio Santio couldn't finish the play. In the 98th minute, Carolo Lamberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 99 played minutes, Tambería's Celestino Belo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aquiles Tabor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tambería reached it. Tambería played a much better game than Unquillo AFC and deserved their victory. The Unquillo AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
