Spectators: 7223 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cipriano Bide kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Hualjaina AFC got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Gaxan. If Carmelo Brais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edelmiro Gaxan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Epifanio Birila made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Brais in the 9th minute of play forced Rincon's goalkeeper Epifanio Birila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 minutes, Cipriano Bide mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rincon and the Hualjaina AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 10 played minutes Rincon got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Bide. Epifanio Birila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Brais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Birila was a little too slow when Carmelo Brais got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. After having played for 23 minutes, Carmelo Brais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hualjaina AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Brais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute, Carmelo Brais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Epifanio Birila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Brais, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 29th match minute, Rincon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Bide to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Brais in the 33rd minute of play forced Rincon's goalkeeper Epifanio Birila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Hualjaina AFC's Carmelo Brais slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Epifanio Birila. That made the score 2-0 after 36 minutes of play. Carmelo Brais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Epifanio Birila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carmelo Brais was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Rincon's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Brais came free, but Epifanio Birila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edelmiro Gaxan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Epifanio Birila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Silvestre Mannuel charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvestre Mannuel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Hualjaina AFC a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marcial Bortzaioriz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rincon's Epifanio Birila. 3-0. If Carmelo Brais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Epifanio Birila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Gaxan in the 68th minute of play. Edelmiro Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Birila having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Gaxan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Epifanio Birila was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edelmiro Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Birila having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Brais in the 82nd minute of play forced Rincon's goalkeeper Epifanio Birila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmelo Brais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Birila having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Gervasio Ponce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rincon's Epifanio Birila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Gaxan in the 97th minute of play. There was no doubt that Hualjaina AFC were the better team. Hualjaina AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
