Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Barreal FC's Leo Pacifico started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Diego Bartuelo came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the La esquina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Bartuelo couldn't finish the play. If Diego Bartuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Guillelmus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Enrique Lizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Lizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Bartuelo in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Leo Pacifico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by Diego Bartuelo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 22nd minute Diego Bartuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Lizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Andres Guillelmus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Enrique Lizar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st minute David Donostia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Lizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Lizar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andres Guillelmus in the 44th minute. Andres Guillelmus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Enrique Lizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diego Bartuelo to strike the kick off in the second half. Barreal FC's Hipolito Suero got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 52 played minutes La esquina got a freekick which was hit by David Donostia. 55 minutes into the match, Barreal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Bartuelo came free, but Enrique Lizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The La esquina fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when La esquina's Diego Bartuelo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Enrique Lizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Guillelmus in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Andres Guillelmus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enrique Lizar. Barreal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andres Guillelmus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 65th match minute, Barreal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Pudes to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Lizar came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by La esquina's Diego Bartuelo. But to his dismay, Diego Bartuelo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. If Hipolito Suero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Barreal FC booed when La esquina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Aguilera didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Donostia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Enrique Lizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Barreal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Bartuelo came free, but Enrique Lizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Diego Bartuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Lizar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La esquina. Enrique Lizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Guillelmus in the 87th minute of play. When La esquina's Diego Bartuelo in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barreal FC's goalie prevented a goal. Andres Guillelmus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Lizar having to interfere. Enrique Lizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Bartuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Andres Guillelmus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Enrique Lizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the La esquina players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
