In the 17th minute Robustiano Paulin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Soter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes Pareditas got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Sal. In the 22nd minute of the match Benjamin Valente shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavio Soter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aristides Sal hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Flavio Soter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Paulin in the 26th minute of the match. Raimundo Fertus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariel Ieltxu in the 29th minute. Flavio Soter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Benvide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Córdoba's Raimundo Fertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Celino in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Cristian Bras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Córdoba's Paulo Laurin got a free kick in the 40th minute. Andres Celino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Raimundo Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Pareditas's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Benvide came free, but Flavio Soter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes, Paulo Laurin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Córdoba and the Pareditas players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pareditas booed when Córdoba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Asier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pareditas's Flavio Soter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Pareditas from getting a goal against them. Robustiano Paulin was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 66th minute. Córdoba's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 66th minute, Baltasar Benvide made a precise shot to the right of Flavio Soter. Pareditas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 75th minute, Baltasar Benvide left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Córdoba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 78th minute Ariel Ieltxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Fertus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Teyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Flavio Soter made a huge save. Paulo Laurin hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The Pareditas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Córdoba's performance. The match ended with a win for Córdoba.
