Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) Barreal's Camilo Cordearo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Barreal's Gogo Isadore got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute of the match Teobaldo Cruz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicanor Urtun showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 7th minute Atilano Senen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Urtun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Isadore charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gogo Isadore the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Manchester United booed when Barreal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Isadore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leandro Fernendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Urtun having to interfere. Atilano Senen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Nicanor Urtun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Fernendo in the 18th minute of play forced Barreal's goalkeeper Nicanor Urtun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Elvio Ishmael was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barreal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manchester United the free kick. 24 minutes into the match, Pedro Leizarraga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matias Rocio, 1-1. In the 28th minute Leandro Fernendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Urtun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Atilano Senen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Senen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Urtun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Manchester United's Matias Rocio got control of the ball when Pedro Leizarraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match Manchester United got a corner. Barreal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teobaldo Cruz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Manchester United's Teobaldo Cruz to fire away a dangerous shot which Nicanor Urtun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atilano Senen in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicanor Urtun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leandro Fernendo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Leandro Fernendo made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes in the game, Leandro Fernendo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nicanor Urtun having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Barreal got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Acevedo. The crowd rose to their feet as Manchester United's Atilano Senen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicanor Urtun. That made the score 1-2 after 56 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United's zone, Camilo Cordearo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Rocio came out of the goal and Camilo Cordearo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, Barreal's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Fernendo came free, but Nicanor Urtun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leandro Fernendo in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicanor Urtun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Pedro Leizarraga came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Barreal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Leizarraga couldn't finish the play. Pedro Leizarraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Matias Rocio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Leandro Fernendo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Pedro Leizarraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Rocio having to interfere. Marcelino Mendiko charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelino Mendiko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Manchester United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Barreal:s goal. 83 minutes into the game, Maximino Pepillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barreal the free kick. Maximino Pepillo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When Barreal's Pedro Leizarraga in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manchester United's goalie prevented a goal. In the 94thth minute of the game Camilo Cordearo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester United's Matias Rocio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
