Feliciano Galeno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Alfonso Handi made a huge save. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Bernabe Nazario, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. RC Futbol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Lorenzo the free kick. RC Futbol's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermengildo Jeraldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernabe Nazario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arsenio Jerano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Constantino Beturian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Constantino Beturian to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to San Lorenzo getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in San Lorenzo reached it. Bernabe Nazario was a little too slow when Constantino Beturian got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-5. 68 minutes into the game, Constantino Beturian recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernabe Nazario. Constantino Beturian showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Bernabe Nazario didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when RC Futbol's Constantino Beturian shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-7 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 79th minute, San Lorenzo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Constantino Beturian fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
