Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Serafino Jerrold made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience was convinced that Serafino Jerrold's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberto Azeari was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in SAN MARTIN AFC's zone, Danilo Berdaitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgilio Ondino came out of the goal and Danilo Berdaitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute Danilo Berdaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Ondino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Danilo Dayam left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Soul Lake fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Virgilio Ondino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Berdaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danilo Dayam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Virgilio Ondino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Dayam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Ondino having to interfere. In the 31st minute Danilo Berdaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Ondino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Azeari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Gonsalve in the 34th minute of play. SAN MARTIN AFC's Virgilio Ondino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Berdaitz in the 36th minute of play. Real Soul Lake's Danilo Dayam got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Danilo Dayam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgilio Ondino was a little too slow when Danilo Berdaitz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 2-0. Real Soul Lake's Alberto Azeari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafino Jerrold in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Danilo Berdaitz was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Serafino Jerrold kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alberto Azeari. That made the score 2-1 in the 53 minute of play. After a rather tough play, SAN MARTIN AFC's Silvestre Erramu got a free kick in the 56th minute. Danilo Berdaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Ondino having to interfere. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SAN MARTIN AFC's goalkeeper Virgilio Ondino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Danilo Berdaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danilo Dayam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Ondino having to interfere. Danilo Dayam took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgilio Ondino. Virgilio Ondino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Alberto Azeari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafino Jerrold in the 80th minute. After some careless play in the SAN MARTIN AFC defense, Danilo Berdaitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Virgilio Ondino. The SAN MARTIN AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Virgilio Ondino should have stopped the shot. Danilo Berdaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Virgilio Ondino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SAN MARTIN AFC's Ambrosio Gonsalve got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Real Soul Lake fans cheered their team off the field, for while SAN MARTIN AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
