Francisco Corderall started the match with the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Junior Roland successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Blas Dominguez's late challenge caught a Ferro de mi Vida's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Blas Dominguez helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sastre getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Blas Dominguez hit a great ball. After 12 minutes, Francisco Corderall mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ferro de mi Vida and the Sastre players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes Ferro de mi Vida got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Corderall. Leopoldo Clemencin hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Marco Otoniel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Gogo Rivero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gaston Urtats fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sastre's protests and gave Gaston Urtats a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sastre fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! Marco Otoniel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Gogo Rivero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sastre's Marco Otoniel got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Otoniel in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gogo Rivero saved Ferro de mi Vida from getting behind. Francisco Corderall got his second yellow card in the match during the 39th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Omar Egoitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gogo Rivero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Gaston Urtats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Rivero having to interfere. 47 minutes into the game, Omar Egoitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gogo Rivero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustaquio Brion to strike the kick off in the second half. Gogo Rivero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eustaquio Brion showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 53 minute of play. If Blas Dominguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Eustaquio Brion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Blas Dominguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Rivero having to interfere. Ferro de mi Vida's Gogo Rivero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Dominguez in the 64th minute of play. Gogo Rivero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Omar Egoitz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 65 minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Omar Egoitz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gogo Rivero. Omar Egoitz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Eustaquio Brion struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Gogo Rivero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sastre. With a little luck, Ferro de mi Vida's Gogo Rivero got control of the ball when Facundo Pechon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Omar Egoitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Omar Egoitz came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Sastre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Egoitz couldn't finish the play. Gogo Rivero was a little too slow when Facundo Pechon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 1-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Egoitz got free with Gogo Rivero in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iker Nalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Junior Roland having to interfere. If Eustaquio Brion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 96 minutes, Omar Egoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sastre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Egoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Sastre could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ferro de mi Vida throughout the match.
