In the 6th minute Nicolas Ubelteso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Guter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Martinco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Ubelteso came free, but Carmelo Guter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 played minutes Martinco FC got a freekick which was hit by Amado Anaya. Amado Anaya hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. A hard shot 23 in the game by Nicolas Ubelteso from a close distance when the talented Carmelo Guter managed to make a qualified save. Martinco FC's players were relieved. Nicolas Ubelteso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Carmelo Guter when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cristo Natal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Carmelo Guter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Martinco FC's zone, Faustino Atauri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Guter came out of the goal and Faustino Atauri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolas Ubelteso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Carmelo Guter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martinco FC's Guillermo Fernanco pulled a muscle in his leg after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristo Natal made a kick off. Carmelo Guter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Ubelteso in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Martinco FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Augusto Naldo hit a great ball. Carmelo Guter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Ubelteso in the 59th minute of the match. La cantera de Manuelita's Wilfredo Bartuelo was substituted for Cristo Natal. Nicolas Ubelteso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Guter having to interfere. Carmelo Guter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicolas Ubelteso went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 75 minutes, Wilfredo Bartuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La cantera de Manuelita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Bartuelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute, Martinco FC's Amado Anaya dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Martinco FC's goalkeeper Carmelo Guter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cleto Hever scored 2-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carmelo Guter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicolas Ubelteso took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carmelo Guter. Carmelo Guter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. There was no doubt that La cantera de Manuelita were the better team. La cantera de Manuelita's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
