Spectators: 7226 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) SKATO's Angel Richie started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Angel Richie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Leonel Loramendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonel Loramendi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angel Richie's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Bento during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SKATO booed when La Gringoneta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Bento didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Lucas Valerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Froilan Lucian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Hug received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Salvador Dolfo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Leonides Mosen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Hug fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Dolfo having to interfere. La Gringoneta FC's Lucio Izel got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Froilan Lucian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonel Loramendi. La Gringoneta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Froilan Lucian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Guaberto Etor hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. If Froilan Lucian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angel Richie might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonel Loramendi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angel Richie ran back to his position shaking his head. Froilan Lucian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Loramendi having to interfere. Leonel Loramendi made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Froilan Lucian sent off a good shot on target. Gustavo Hug received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Leonides Mosen took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonel Loramendi. Leonel Loramendi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. La Gringoneta FC's Leonel Loramendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Lucian in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Gringoneta FC's Guillermo Bento got a free kick in the 59th minute. Leonel Loramendi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Richie, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. If Froilan Lucian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angel Richie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Izel hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 69th match minute, La Gringoneta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Valerio to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd match minute, SKATO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Hug could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Salvador Dolfo made a huge save. Angel Richie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonel Loramendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Lucian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salvador Dolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Izel in the 86th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Angel Richie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonel Loramendi was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Lucio Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Dolfo having to interfere. SKATO walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
