Victoriano Frederico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Isadore in the 9th minute of play. Jorge Geleberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Teofilio having to interfere. Luciano Jurgi kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Boca Jr getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jacinto Maraman hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Jr's zone, Jorge Geleberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Teofilio came out of the goal and Jorge Geleberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 58th minute, Marcial Ordono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Eugenio Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Araoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Victoriano Frederico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Araoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 69 minutes, Florencio Isadore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca Jr's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Isadore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute, Florencio Isadore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugenio Araoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 minutes, Feliciano Dantel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alote F.C. and the Boca Jr players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Alote F.C.'s Feliciano Dantel got a free kick in the 80th minute. Victoriano Frederico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florencio Isadore's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. After 82 played minutes Alote F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Geleberto. Alejo Vasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
