After a defensive mix-up in La Furia Celeste's zone, Rene Dominguez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Elixio came out of the goal and Rene Dominguez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurelio Elixio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Dominguez in the 10th minute of play. Manguaré's Martin Corderro came free and shot a quick shot against goal 16 minutes in the game, fortunately Aurelio Elixio had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Martin Corderro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manguaré's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Corderro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Elixio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, Manguaré's Martin Corderro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aurelio Elixio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 31 minutes, Julian Tiadoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manguaré and the La Furia Celeste players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Julian Tiadoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramiro Roland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Furia Celeste's Aurelio Elixio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Dominguez in the 40th minute of play. Aurelio Elixio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Dominguez in the 42nd minute of the match. Domingo Telo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Roland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Octavio Roano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Telo having to interfere. When La Furia Celeste's Ramiro Roland in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ramiro Roland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Domingo Telo made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Octavio Roano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Domingo Telo. That made the score 0-2 in the 62 minute of play. Aurelio Elixio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Corderro in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Roano in the 68th minute of play forced Manguaré's goalkeeper Domingo Telo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Martin Corderro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 76 minutes, Octavio Roano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Furia Celeste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavio Roano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Julian Tiadoro was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. The supporters of La Furia Celeste booed when Manguaré was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Tiadoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Manguaré's Domingo Telo got control of the ball when Ramiro Roland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Octavio Roano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Domingo Telo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bonifacio Elizardo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 85th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 91st minute, La Furia Celeste's Octavio Roano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. 94 minutes into the game, La Furia Celeste's Ramiro Roland nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingo Telo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4.
