Spectators: 6957 (Terracing: 5407, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aquilino Txeru started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Victorino Dimo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Humberto Napier received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Basilio Lizardi came out and tried to block the shot, but Humberto Napier slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Aquilino Txeru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Nicanor Abad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Caseros F.C.'s zone, Julio Maiorga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicanor Abad came out of the goal and Julio Maiorga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aquilino Txeru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicanor Abad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julio Maiorga's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute Aquilino Txeru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquilino Txeru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicanor Abad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Nicanor Sauveur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Bartolito FC's goalkeeper Basilio Lizardi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Humberto Napier. With a little luck, Bartolito FC's Basilio Lizardi got control of the ball when Humberto Napier tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Humberto Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nicanor Sauveur made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Humberto Napier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caseros F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Napier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Lizardi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Aquilino Txeru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the game, Florencio Chumo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caseros F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bartolito FC the free kick. Florencio Chumo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Julio Maiorga came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Bartolito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Maiorga couldn't finish the play. Nicanor Sauveur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Caseros F.C.'s David Cordeiro got a free kick in the 76th minute. Benigno Patxi lost his temper 80 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Caseros F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bartolito FC:s goal. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Bartolito FC. Igor Cordarrell stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nicanor Abad. 1-1. If Humberto Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Nicanor Abad managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Bartolito FC's Julio Maiorga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
