After a defensive mix-up in FLYING WHALES's zone, Robustiano Sedeni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Monico came out of the goal and Robustiano Sedeni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentin Pepillo hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Silvestre Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot. FLYING WHALES's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Batista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amado Mundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pablo Lucian might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amado Mundo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pablo Lucian ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice moves Silvestre Batista could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Amado Mundo however easily saved by the left post. Silvestre Manny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Monico having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Silvestre Batista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FLYING WHALES fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. FLYING WHALES's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
