Anacleto Gasteiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Diagur having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudio Bartuelo's late challenge caught a Que Tul S.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudio Bartuelo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Argentino de Buenos Aires was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Bartuelo to maneuver through the defense. Argentino de Buenos Aires's Gualterio Gaztea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Milio in the 16th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Silvano Milio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gualterio Gaztea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Celedonio Sendoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Gaztea having to interfere. In the 26thth minute of the game Lisandro Veronica who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Argentino de Buenos Aires's Gualterio Gaztea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lisandro Veronica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gualterio Gaztea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Silvano Milio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Argentino de Buenos Aires's Gualterio Gaztea. Gualterio Gaztea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Argentino de Buenos Aires defense, Celedonio Sendoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gualterio Gaztea. The Argentino de Buenos Aires fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gualterio Gaztea should have stopped the shot. 39 minutes into the match, Silvano Milio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gualterio Gaztea. Argentino de Buenos Aires's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvano Milio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The Argentino de Buenos Aires players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Que Tul S.C were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anacleto Gasteiz made a kick off. Argentino de Buenos Aires's Gualterio Gaztea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Argentino de Buenos Aires from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the game, Silvano Milio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gualterio Gaztea. Silvano Milio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Justo Diagur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Cordara in the 60th minute of play. Gualterio Gaztea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvano Milio in the 67th minute. After some careless play in the Argentino de Buenos Aires defense, Silvano Milio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gualterio Gaztea. The Argentino de Buenos Aires fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gualterio Gaztea should have stopped the shot. In the 74th minute, Anacleto Gasteiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Tomás Cordara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argentino de Buenos Aires fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Tomás Cordara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tomás Cordara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chants of Que Tul S.C echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Argentino de Buenos Aires had held the ball for most of the match.
