Abelardo Nataniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Mantzio having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, La Tablada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Gonsalve to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the La Tablada FC defense, Miguel Ellande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelo Ilazki. The La Tablada FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelo Ilazki should have stopped the shot. In the 36th minute, Diego Montrelle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nemesio Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abelardo Nataniel was the one to do the kick off. Laureano Mantzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Montrelle in the 58th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Nemesio Otsando kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcelo Ilazki. That made the score 0-3 in the 61 minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Pablo Cordarell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Tablada FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santo FC the free kick. In the 65th minute, Pablo Cordarell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romulo Cugat shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Miguel Ellande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, La Tablada FC's goalkeeper Marcelo Ilazki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Ellande. Marcelo Ilazki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nemesio Otsando showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 83 minute of play. Miguel Ellande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Santo FC's Miguel Ellande sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelo Ilazki narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
