In the 10th minute Jaime Beturian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Otoniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, Los Andes Whitby FC's Ismael Telesforo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Tristan was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Los Andes Whitby FC's Andres Fernendo got a free kick in the 15th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Andes Whitby FC's Aaron Botello slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Orlando Tristan. That made the score 2-0 after 24 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luisito Indar got free with Orlando Tristan in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Orlando Tristan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Botello in the 37th minute of play. Orlando Tristan had great luck who in the 44thth minute grab hold of the ball when Luisito Indar from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luisito Indar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes, Los Andes Whitby FC's Guaberto Isusko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Orlando Tristan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Andes Whitby FC reached it. Justino Gaitano's late challenge caught a Los Andes Whitby FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Gaitano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Chara F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Gaitano to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisito Indar in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orlando Tristan saved Chara F.C. from getting behind. Guido Tanio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eriberto Otoniel. Los Andes Whitby FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eriberto Otoniel didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 64th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. Luisito Indar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luisito Indar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Tristan having to interfere. Aaron Botello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orlando Tristan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Indar in the 80th minute of play. Luisito Indar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Orlando Tristan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaron Botello might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orlando Tristan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aaron Botello ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Botello in the 90th minute of play forced Chara F.C.'s goalkeeper Orlando Tristan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Tristan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Bernal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
