With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Barbosa in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiburcio Sol saved Monteverde AFC from getting behind. In the 8th minute, Monteverde AFC's Oscar Argina dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After having played for 11 minutes, Ramiro Uhin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monteverde AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Uhin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hipolito Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Bruno Montxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburcio Sol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Ramiro Uhin made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Calixto. Córdoba Azulgrana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. If Ramiro Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oscar Argina to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ramiro Uhin made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Calixto. Córdoba Azulgrana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Ciriaco Cordaro hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Córdoba Azulgrana's goalkeeper Melquiades Calixto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Monteverde AFC's Ramiro Uhin got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Córdoba Azulgrana's Melquiades Calixto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Argina in the 69th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Freddy Ubarna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 76 minutes, Oscar Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tiburcio Sol, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Ramiro Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Argina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ramiro Uhin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
