Osvaldo Vasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Lorenz, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in San Fulgencio's zone, Omar Charro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narciso Mambru came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Candelaria FC's Osvaldo Vasco. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Vasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Narciso Mambru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Erroman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulino Guillelmus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narciso Mambru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Vasco in the 95th minute of the match. Candelaria FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
