An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomir Lato in the 13th minute of play forced El ciclon Gambito's goalkeeper Ulises Abaunza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Ludomir Lato had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulises Abaunza. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind El ciclon Gambito's goalkeeper Ulises Abaunza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ulises Abaunza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Albertini in the 38th minute. 42 minutes into the match, El ciclon Gambito's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomir Lato came free, but Ulises Abaunza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Catamarca FC's zone, Luciano Heriberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Santiago came out of the goal and Luciano Heriberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Epifanio Santiago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dante Silbestre in the 54th minute. Ulises Abaunza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ludomir Lato went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ludomir Lato in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulises Abaunza saved El ciclon Gambito from getting behind. Roberto Fortun hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Epifanio Santiago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Heriberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the game, one of Catamarca FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 71st minute there was a penalty for El ciclon Gambito. Octavio Beturian stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Epifanio Santiago. 3-1. Catamarca FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Luciano Heriberto 74 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-2. Ulises Abaunza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Furman in the 77th minute of the match. When Ludomir Lato came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Catamarca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludomir Lato couldn't finish the play.
