Ruben Birjaio was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Freddy Gelacio notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Los Trilliz's Ruben Birjaio. Ruben Birjaio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigio Lauaxeta in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Birjaio saved Los Trilliz from getting behind. Amado Roderigo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Los Trilliz's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Lauaxeta came free, but Ruben Birjaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Freddy Gelacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Manantiales's Ruben Birjaio threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Freddy Gelacio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 64 minutes into the game, Remigio Lauaxeta lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Ruben Birjaio. In the 68th minute, Silvio Weather left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Trilliz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigio Lauaxeta couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute, Freddy Gelacio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
