Spectators: 7194 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bartolo Mateus got the match started through his kick off. Dematik's Alejandro Firman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Cordarryl in the 6th minute of play. Prospero Tab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Alejandro Firman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Camilo Abancens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Osvaldo Lorenz came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Dematik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Lorenz couldn't finish the play. Urbano Goizeder had great luck who in the 26thth minute grab hold of the ball when Bartolo Mateus from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 28th minute of the match Dematik got a corner. CeJaEz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristo Baraquiel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dematik's Paulo Xabel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Urbano Goizeder in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Cresitobalo in the 30th minute of play forced Dematik's goalkeeper Alejandro Firman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, CeJaEz's Prospero Tab sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alejandro Firman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Osvaldo Lorenz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Goizeder having to interfere. After 40 minutes CeJaEz's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cristo Baraquiel who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Dematik's Cristo Baraquiel to fire away a dangerous shot which Urbano Goizeder despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bartolo Mateus was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Dematik booed when CeJaEz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Nazario didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Dematik's Cristo Baraquiel tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prospero Tab to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Dematik's Lucas Indalecio got a free kick in the 51st minute. Alejandro Firman was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Prospero Tab capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Prospero Tab really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Urbano Goizeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Telesforo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. With an all-out effort, CeJaEz's Alejandro Firman threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Prospero Tab, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 72 played minutes CeJaEz got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Bartoleme. Bartolo Mateus struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Urbano Goizeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dematik. If Osvaldo Lorenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Dematik getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ildefonso Telesforo hit a great ball. When Prospero Tab came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the CeJaEz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Tab couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the match, Dematik's goalkeeper Alejandro Firman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Cordarryl. Alejandro Firman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Tab in the 84th minute of play. After 91 played minutes CeJaEz got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Fidensio. In the 95th minute, Severino Dimas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 97 played minutes, Dematik's Cristo Baraquiel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Urbano Goizeder came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dematik reached it. The CeJaEz supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CeJaEz would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
