Hector Dolcet scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Moises Ovando, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Rayman in the 29th minute of play forced Los Trilliz's goalkeeper Ruben Birjaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes Telaritos got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Matxin. When Paulo Rayman came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Telaritos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Rayman couldn't finish the play. If Anier Fonda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Los Trilliz's zone, Silvio Abancens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruben Birjaio came out of the goal and Silvio Abancens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anier Fonda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Telaritos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Trilliz:s goal. Anier Fonda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Rayman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ruben Birjaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Rayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Paulo Rayman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Telaritos's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Rayman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Birjaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Los Trilliz defense, Paulo Rayman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruben Birjaio. The Los Trilliz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruben Birjaio should have stopped the shot. Moises Ovando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Kiliz in the 84th minute of play. If Anier Fonda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Trilliz's goalkeeper Ruben Birjaio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paulo Rayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
