Raul Jerardo charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raul Jerardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Baldomero Ostots sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Ostots in the 31st minute of play forced Club Atletico RiverPlate's goalkeeper Eustaquio Jaume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atletico RiverPlate's Eustaquio Jaume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Ostots in the 52nd minute of play. Justo Veremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Eustaquio Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Club Atletico RiverPlate got a freekick which was hit by Astor Xabat. The long shot by Teofilo Joachim in the 77th minute really tested Eustaquio Jaume's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 82 minutes Argentino Ms. Jz.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Denis Ishmael who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico RiverPlate's Marcial Benino got a free kick in the 85th minute. Eustaquio Jaume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justo Veremundo in the 86th minute of the match. Eustaquio Jaume didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justo Veremundo went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 95th minute Marcial Benino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Frasquito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Juan Mannie fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Argentino Ms. Jz.'s protests and gave Juan Mannie a yellow card for diving instead. Juan Mannie hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
