Anier Errando charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anier Errando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Moreto Futbol Club's Anier Errando got a free kick in the 6th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Candido Salvadore could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Eustaquio Jaume however easily saved by the left post. Eriberto Inko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Benino in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, Club Atletico RiverPlate's Marcial Benino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eriberto Inko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Candido Salvadore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Eustaquio Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Club Atletico RiverPlate's goalkeeper Eustaquio Jaume had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Candido Salvadore. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico RiverPlate's goalkeeper Eustaquio Jaume, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Club Atletico RiverPlate getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Diego Frechoso hit a great ball. Club Atletico RiverPlate's Eustaquio Jaume proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico RiverPlate from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes into the game, Candido Salvadore recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eustaquio Jaume. Candido Salvadore showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After a rather tough play, Moreto Futbol Club's Cesar Lizar got a free kick in the 38th minute. Eustaquio Jaume made an important save on a dangerous shot by Candido Salvadore in the 42nd minute. Candido Salvadore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Jaume having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcial Benino to strike the kick off in the second half. When Diego Frechoso fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico RiverPlate's protests and gave Diego Frechoso a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Moreto Futbol Club booed when Club Atletico RiverPlate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Frechoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atletico RiverPlate's Diego Frechoso got his second yellow card of the match in the 53rd minute. The referee ordered Diego Frechoso off the ground. Romeo Theobald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Romeo Theobald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eustaquio Jaume didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Candido Salvadore went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Marcial Benino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Romeo Theobald managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico RiverPlate's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Theobald was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriberto Inko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eustaquio Jaume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Orlondon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustaquio Jaume didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Orlondon went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Candido Salvadore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustaquio Jaume having to make a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Atletico RiverPlate players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Moreto Futbol Club.
