An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Berto in the 5th minute of play forced Churqui's goalkeeper Americo Criston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Prospero Meder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Candido Serafo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reynaldo Canor skillfully saved the ball. Serafino Rencio hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Marciano Berto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Americo Criston took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Berto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, LOS PIBES FC's Amadeo Seme got a free kick in the 26th minute. Cleto Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Reynaldo Canor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, LOS PIBES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Rencio to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Cleto Danel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Americo Criston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Jago in the 40th minute of play. Santo Lope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Canor having to interfere. In the 48thth minute of the game Santo Lope who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS PIBES FC's Reynaldo Canor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santo Lope to strike the kick off in the second half. Reynaldo Canor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santo Lope's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. If Candido Serafo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Santo Lope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Canor having to interfere. Americo Criston was a little too slow when Marciano Berto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-1. Americo Criston made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeo Seme in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Baladi in the 65th minute of play forced Churqui's goalkeeper Americo Criston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 played minutes LOS PIBES FC got a freekick which was hit by Serafino Rencio. The supporters of Churqui booed when LOS PIBES FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Seme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Churqui's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Marciano Berto scored to the left of an out of position Americo Criston, making the score, 1-2. In the 87th minute, Ubaldo Liher left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOS PIBES FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. In the 90th minute Marciano Berto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Criston saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reynaldo Canor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Lope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LOS PIBES FC's Reynaldo Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Lope in the 96th minute of play. The Churqui supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LOS PIBES FC's performance. The match ended with a win for LOS PIBES FC.
